Inbox triage, opportunity sharing, and workflow improvements

September 9, 2026

This week’s updates make it easier to review opportunities, share them with others, and keep quote requirements attached to your requests.

More control in Inbox

Inbox now defaults to Best match over the Past week. Bulk clearing helps you manage larger backlogs, and dismissing an item removes it from Inbox without marking the opportunity Not Interested. Feedback is optional when dismissing AI matches; saved-search results can be dismissed directly.

For configured HubSpot and Salesforce integrations, the opportunity drawer now includes the CRM push button. You can review an opportunity and send it to your CRM without leaving Inbox. We also fixed mobile Inbox views and links to selected items.

Share opportunities through Govly AI

You can now share opportunities from a Govly AI conversation, alongside awards and contacts. Opportunity sharing was already available through MCP.

We also fixed conversations that could remain stuck showing a thinking indicator after an interruption. Stop can now release the stuck turn, so you can continue the conversation without deleting it.

Custom requirements in Carahsoft RFQs

Requirements you author now reach Carahsoft through the RFQ API’s notes field. This closes a gap where instructions included in workflow emails were missing from API submissions. Carahsoft’s 1,000-character notes limit still applies.

Data and reliability fixes

SLED purchase-order processing now handles additional verified spending registers without PO or invoice numbers. We also corrected an amount-mapping issue that could inflate award values.

Tools API searches now reject mistyped filters instead of silently dropping them and returning broader results. Deactivated partnerships are hidden from share and follow recipient pickers, and recipient rendering in Awards Over Time has been corrected.
