Quote line item extraction and creation

Govly can pull line items from messy quote documents or help you build new ones using AI-powered templates.

What Models Power Govly?

As of January 2025, we use Microsoft Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Google Gemini, and AWS Bedrock. We evaluate new models regularly and adopt the ones that make our platform better.

We don’t train our own models — and we don’t let anyone else use your data to train theirs. Our third-party providers are contractually prohibited from using Govly customer data for model training.

Security and Compliance

Govly is SOC2 compliant and actively pursuing CMMC Level 2 certification. We access AI services via secure APIs and follow best practices to ensure data integrity and privacy.

Can I Turn AI Off?

Not at this time. AI is foundational to how Govly delivers high-quality data and powerful workflows. But we understand every organization has different needs. If this is a blocker for your team, let’s talk.
